A $150 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your event date and time.

Events may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Your reservation deposit and any additional payments will transfer to the new event date. The rescheduled event must take place within 90 days of the original event date.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled event will receive a refund of payments made excluding the $150 reservation deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible setup location with approximately 60 feet of level parking space for the truck and gaming trailer. If Let's Play Gaming & Events is unable to safely set up due to inadequate space, blocked access, or incorrect location information provided by the customer, the event may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Events affected by severe weather or unsafe operating conditions may be rescheduled without penalty. If Let's Play Gaming & Events is unable to provide the scheduled service, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
